These terms apply to orders placed through repexus.net under the REPEXUS name. Use our contact form for order questions, complaints and requests concerning these terms. Customers must be at least 18 and supply accurate contact and delivery information.
Place your order
Card payment in euros is required at checkout and is processed by Stripe. The amount charged is the final total shown before you pay. Our team reviews paid orders and sends updates by email. Any change to a requested product or price requires your agreement.
Prices and delivery
The order summary shows the product total, shipping and final amount before submission. Shipping options and estimates appear at checkout; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will communicate material delays. Mandatory rights concerning late delivery, loss and product conformity remain unaffected.

Returns, defects and complaints
The return policy describes cancellation, refunds and returns. Report an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product through the contact form with your order number. Statutory remedies remain available; a return restriction does not remove rights concerning defective goods.
Liability and applicable law
No provision excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory product-liability protections. Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence or your right to use a competent court.
Versions
The version shown when you place your order applies to that order. Later changes apply to future orders. You can print or save these pages. We record the time and policy version acknowledged with an order.
