We measure approximate daily visitors and page views without analytics cookies or persistent browser identifiers. A daily keyed hash of IP address and browser information deduplicates visitors; the raw values are not saved in the analytics database. Daily hashes are removed after 35 days; aggregate daily counts are retained. Known bots, staff and Do Not Track browsers are excluded.
Who and what
REPEXUS processes personal data to operate repexus.net and handle customer requests. Contact us through the contact form for privacy questions. Data can include name, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses, account and order details, correspondence, acceptance records, and technical security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
We process necessary data to handle your requested order, account and support under the contract or pre-contractual steps; to meet legal and accounting obligations; and for legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and resolving disputes. Required checkout information is necessary to process and deliver an order.
Service providers
Hosting and storage, database, transactional-email and delivery providers receive only data needed for their functions. The website uses Vercel, Neon, Resend and Stripe. If enabled, Dutch address lookup sends postcode and house number to PostcodeAPI.nu. WhatsApp operates under its own privacy terms when you choose that link.
Storage and international processing
We retain information for the time needed for orders, support, accounts and disputes, and for applicable statutory retention periods. Access is restricted to operational needs. Service providers may process data outside the EEA; such transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate GDPR safeguards. Cookies and preferences
Functional cookies support login, the cart, language and age acknowledgement. Language and age preferences are also stored in browser local storage; their cookies last up to one year and local storage remains until cleared. You can clear browser storage, but functionality and preferences may reset. Checkout acceptance is not permission for marketing or advertising tracking.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent, where separately requested, can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month; a lawful extension will be explained. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.
