- What is your return policy?
- In addition to statutory rights, our existing 30-day return offer applies to unopened products from delivery. Contact us within that period for instructions. The extra period does not limit the statutory 14-day withdrawal right or rights concerning damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, a consumer may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Notify us through the contact form, identifying your name, order number and the goods you wish to return. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient; approval is not required to exercise this right.
