Consumer cancellation
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, a consumer may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Notify us through the contact form, identifying your name, order number and the goods you wish to return. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient; approval is not required to exercise this right.
Sending goods back and refunds
After notifying withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days. Contact us for the return address and handling instructions. You pay direct return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or the goods are defective. For full withdrawal, we refund the payment and basic outbound delivery charge within 14 days of notice; we may wait for the goods or proof of return. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without a refund fee.
Exceptions and condition
An exception applies only where the law permits it, such as sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing. Opening a product does not automatically remove every statutory right. Any deduction for diminished value is limited to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. Defect and conformity rights remain unaffected.
Additional 30-day returns
In addition to statutory rights, our existing 30-day return offer applies to unopened products from delivery. Contact us within that period for instructions. The extra period does not limit the statutory 14-day withdrawal right or rights concerning damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
